Cheesy Tofu-Chicken-Shrimp nugget

Made this for adib’s meal at school, simple yet delicious. Just wanna share, hope you enjoy it 🙂

3tbs mince chicken
5 large shrimp , peel & finely chop
1 medium size tofu,mince till soft.
2 garlic
salt & peper
1 egg yolk
50ml milk
1tbs Sago flour
1tbs corn flour
50gr grated cheedar cheese
1 egg white
Homemade bread crumb

1. Finely chop garlic ,add some salt and pepper , mix shrimp ,chicken ,egg yolk ,milk ,cheese ,sago and corn flour until well combine. Steam for 15 minutes.
2. Form the chicken batter and coat with tofu ,shape into ball or anykind you like.
3. Dip in egg white ,Coat on bread crumb and Deep fried on vegetable oil. But don’t forget to put it on freeze for 10 minutes before fried it.

I used homemade bread flour, Not 100% homemade, because i’m using white bread that i bought before. Baked 4pcs of white bread for 7-10 minutes, when it become hard, make it into some pieces and grind with 2tsp parmesan cheese until it become bread crumb. You can store in air-tight container for 3-4 days.
