Sweet Potato tart
My kitchen already come back to normal 🙂 since Adib finished his holiday and start to school, I have to spent more time at kitchen as before.
I bought a pack of puff pastry last weekend, No idea what will I made of using puff pastry, then this morning, just remembered that I have 2 pieces of sweet potato, I decided to make my lovely dessert ever.
How to :
1. Prepare puff pastry, Roll until half tin than before, cut on circle and press to a non stick muffin tray.
2. In a sauce pan, add sweet potao, icing sugar, butter, cream and yolk, mix and stir on a low heat until well combine for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
3. Add about one tablespoon of sweet potato dough into the puff pastry muffin base, sprinkle with chocolate rice or grated cheese.
4. Bake on 180dC for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Enjoy it with ice cream or just bite it! Hope you love this one 🙂
at the 4th & 5th day, I forgot to take a pic, but i remembered that i brought him white bread filled with jam at 4th day and Cheesy pizza Bread for 5th day.
Ups, I almost forgot for this chips, it’s really yummy chip as long you got the real sweet of sweet potato. Just chopped it into a tin layer, and fried. Without any flavor add, your kid will love it 🙂
