Just as busy morning as usual, didn’t know what i want to make, when  I saw that I have mince chicken, shrimp,Salmon and Squid, I’ve got some idea :p

Just chooped shrimp,salmon and some squid then mixed with mince chicken. Season with grated garlic, salt and pepper, add egg and flour.

Half of the mixture, add into the squid and steam then stir fried with Oyster sauce. Sorry, I didn’t take any picture of this dish 😀

Half remaining mixture, i put on Siomay wrapper, steam and enjoy with tomato sauce. It’s not a siomay ingridients, but hey.. it’s not bad at all, delicious!

For adib school snack, Just deep fried it and it will be his fave one, crunchy

At the afternoon, i made this fresh & cold Mango pearl.

Make a cup of Mango pure then mix with half cup of milk and a tablespoon of evaporated milk. Add some chopped of mango and half cup of Pamelo that have been peeled and separated. You can add sago pearls , but i skipped it 🙂
